Nissan Magnite is a make or break product for Nissan in India .Built on CMFA (common module family ) platform ,Nissan has worked a lot on Magnite to give it all U need in a compact SUV .

Design

Well it won't be wrong if we say that it's the best looking compact SUV in the segment.

Magnite is a well balanced SUV in terms of its design and is a sure shot head turner .

Full led projector headlights, led fog lamps, Led Drls and 16inch diamond cut alloys give an appealing look to the Magnite .

Space .

The Magnite has gud amount of cabin space in the front and company has provided enough space at rear to accommodate 3 people easily ,the leg room is well at the rear thanks to the inside curved seat of front passenger.

Magnite offers a boot space of 336 litres

Which can be extended to 690 litres with the help of full folding seats .

Extronic CVT Gearbox

The Nissan is known for making best in class CVT Gearboxes and Magnite has it in turbo petrol variant producing 98bhp and 152NM of torque.The extronic CVT offers smooth gear shifts without shift shocks and the rubberband effect is also not there while acceleration.

Magnite comes feature loaded with some of them first time in this segment like 7inch fully digital instrument cluster with great graphics and brightness, Gear shift indicator, 8inch infotainment system with Apple carplay and Android auto , wireless charging (opt), JBL audio(opt), ambient light (opt), push start stop , Auto Ac .For all the optional features one can opt Techpack .

Negatives

Fit & finish

Loaded with plenty of features , some cost cutting is also done in the interiors .As soon as U enter the car U will see hard plastic used in most of the parts , pannel gaps are there in glove box . The steering rod is also visible in the car .

Brand value .

Nissan has entered the compact SUV Market lately also there is substantial gap in the launch of many cars such as there was approx 5 year gap between the launch of Nissan Terrano and kicks which has created doubtful brand loyalty in customer.

Also the resale value of Nissan cars in not gud in the market .

Verdict .

Nissan Magnite is a gud option for people who want a linear drive experience , gud safety as well as convenience features in car and are on a tight budget .

If Magnite is launched in a competitive price it's a gud option for customer.
